1.2 Content You Generate

We store:

• All inputs you provide to our AI tools
• All content generated by the AI based on your inputs
• Conversation history from refinement features
• Metadata about your usage (tool types, generation timestamps, etc.)

1.3 Automatically Collected Information

• Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, time spent, click patterns
• Device Information: IP address, browser type, operating system, device type
• Log Data: Access times, error logs, performance data
• Cookies and Similar Technologies: Session cookies, authentication tokens

3.1 We DO NOT Share Your Content With Other Users

3.2 Third-Party Service Providers

We share information with third parties who help us operate the Service:

• OpenAI: We send your inputs to OpenAI's API to generate content. OpenAI's use is governed by their own privacy policy and terms.
• Tavily: When research features are enabled, we send search queries to Tavily's API. Tavily's privacy policy applies.
• Stripe: For payment processing. Stripe handles your payment information per their privacy policy.
• Hosting Providers: Our servers are hosted on cloud infrastructure (AWS/similar).

3.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law or in good faith belief that such action is necessary to:

• Comply with legal processes, court orders, or government requests
• Enforce our Terms of Service
• Protect against legal liability

4. Data Retention

• Active Accounts: We retain your data as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter.
• Generated Content: Stored indefinitely to provide generation history unless you request deletion.
• Deleted Accounts: Upon account deletion, we may retain certain data for legal, security, or business purposes (e.g., preventing fraud), but will delete personal content within 90 days.
• Backups: Data in backups may persist for up to 90 days after deletion.

5. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information:

• Encryption of data in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
• Secure password hashing (bcrypt)
• API authentication tokens (Laravel Sanctum)
• Regular security audits and updates
• Access controls and monitoring

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.

You can access and update your profile information at any time through your account settings.

6.2 Delete Content

You can delete individual generations from your history. Contact us to request deletion of all your data.

6.3 Account Deletion

You may request account deletion by contacting support@agentspark.net. We will delete your personal data within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.

6.4 Marketing Communications

You can opt out of marketing emails by clicking "unsubscribe" in any marketing email. You cannot opt out of service-related emails (billing, security alerts, etc.).
